As we move through the seasons, we strongly believe in utilizing local, sustainable, low impact, farm fresh produce whenever possible, the majority being harvested from our own organic field, at the back forty farm in Washington; this combined with only the freshest and highest quality meats and seafood. Everything is made fresh daily from scratch, So watch for some terrific specials and seasonal menu updates.
We have also introduced dedicated: Vegan, Gluten free, Vegetarian and Children's Plow to Plate menus, so please ask, if you would like to review them.
If you would like a fresh Dover Sole flown in from England, some Truffles from Perigord or Alba, a special aged Porterhouse for two, or any other particular gourmand desires, please do not hesitate to ask, we would be very happy to accommodate you and need one weeks notice....
