DELECTABLE CATCH OF THE DAY, amongst our many different seafood specials, perhaps our diver Sea Scallops wrapped up in a banana leaf and baked together with fresh pineapple, tomatoes and a red thai curry sauce or perhaps a Macadamia crusted Swordfish with a mango salsa
and often a Roast like a Leg of Lamb with a fresh mint jus - or perhaps an herb encrusted Roast Loin of Pork with a wild mushroom cognac dijonaise accompanied by a whole roast apple stuffed with an apple brandy chestnut puree....
